Team Bianchi’s Kenda Lenseigne Sets New Record at Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association’s National Championship

Lenseigne becomes Overall National Champion Cowgirl for sixth time

ONTARIO, California – Bianchi®, a brand of The Safariland Group, today announced its Bianchi Shooting Team member, Kenda Lenseigne with her horse Sparky, won Overall National Champion Cowgirl a sixth time, setting a new record in Cowboy Mounted Shooting Association (CMSA) history. The CMSA National Championship, held April 17-20 in Tunica, Missouri, is where Lenseigne won the event with a winning time of just 66.4 seconds after five combined stages, beating 239 of the 241 overall competitors for the entire event.

In addition to the Overall Cowgirl title, Lenseigne and Sparky also won the ancillary events at the National Championship, achieving the fastest time in both the Eliminator and Double Down Finals, making this year a trifecta for the pair. Kenda’s success this year gives her a third consecutive win, as her previous CMSA National Champion Cowgirl wins were in 1999, 2010, 2012, 2017 and 2018.
