Burris Optics Expands Red Dot line with the Enclosed Emitter FastFire E

For over 20 years, Burris has been dedicated to delivering dependable and innovative pistol-mounted red dot sights. Building on this legacy, Burris proudly expands its renowned FastFire™ series with the all-new FastFire™ E — the company’s first fully enclosed emitter reflex sight, designed for pistols, shotguns, and carbine rifles.

The FastFire E sets a new benchmark for red dot sights with its impressive 60,000-hour battery life and ultra-rugged, monolithic machined aluminum housing. Its waterproof, shockproof, and fogproof closed emitter construction shields the emitter from environmental hazards like snow and mud, ensuring reliable performance in any competition, duty, or hunting scenario.

Featuring a 3.5-MOA “always on” aiming dot, the FastFire E delivers dependable operational readiness for every situation.

Aspherical lenses ensure a clear, distortion-free view by minimizing glare and enhancing target visibility in a variety of lighting conditions. The FastFire E also features eight red dot illumination settings, two night vision settings, and is available with either a red or green aiming dot, making it an excellent choice for hunters, personal defense practitioners, and defense professionals.

Adding to the FastFire E’s exceptional sight picture and rapid target acquisition is its large, class-leading 22x17mm window. With 1X magnification and an expansive sight picture, the FastFire E promotes both-eyes-open shooting, enhancing speed, accuracy, and situational awareness in every scenario.

The FastFire E is fully adjustable for windage and elevation, offering a 100-MOA adjustment range for precise point-of-aim/point-of-impact alignment. This flexibility ensures compatibility with a wide range of firearm platforms, including handguns, shotguns, and rifles, making it a versatile optic for various ballistic profiles.

Powered by a single CR2032 lithium battery, the FastFire E features a side-mounted battery compartment, allowing for easy battery changes without risking a loss of zero. With an impressive 60,000-hour runtime, battery replacements are minimal, ensuring consistent performance.

For mounting, the FastFire E utilizes the popular and rugged Aimpoint ACRO® footprint, providing compatibility with aftermarket mounting plates and dedicated slide cuts. Installation is simple and secure, thanks to the included T10 tool that clamps the optic firmly over an ACRO rail.

Additional features include automatic brightness reset, brightness lock, and a button lockout function to prevent accidental adjustments to the red dot illumination. These functions ensure optimal brightness settings are maintained, no matter the environment.

Whether for professional use, hunting, competition, or personal defense, the new Burris FastFire E delivers the ruggedness, reliability, and precision that discerning shooters demand.
