SCI Hires James Shin as Director of Marketing and Communications

San Antonio, TX — Safari Club International (SCI) is pleased to announce the hiring of James Shin as its new Director of Marketing and Communications, effective December 16, 2024.

Shin joins SCI from Scitor Veritas, where he served as Principal Consultant, delivering data-driven marketing strategies that fueled growth for a diverse range of clients. His extensive experience in strategic B2B marketing includes leadership roles at organizations such as Essilor of America, Aegon, and Verizon. Known for his collaborative approach, Shin has consistently driven measurable results throughout his career.

Shin holds a bachelor’s degree in international finance from The George Washington University. A devoted family man, he has two sons who are beginning their own hunting journeys. He is an active member of Trinity Presbyterian Church. He will be relocating to SCI headquarters in San Antonio.
