Berger’s James Crofts Wins Delaware State Long Range Championship

James Crofts of Team Berger has won the 2024 Delaware State Long Range Championship for the third consecutive year.

The 2024 Delaware State Long Range Championship was held at the Bridgeville Rifle and Pistol Club in Bridgeville, DE on September 28 – 29. Crofts won the F-Class Target Rifle (F-TR) division which has strict requirements of a “ready-to-go” rifle weighing no more than 18-lbs. Chambers are required to be unmodified and use a standard 308 Win/7.62 NATO or 223 Rem/5.56 NATO dimension.

Competing with Berger 30 Caliber 200.20X Hybrid Target projectiles, Vihtavuori N150 propellant and Lapua 308 Win Palma cases, Crofts scored a Grand Aggregate of 989.43.

“Berger bullets never let me down, they just flat outshoot competitor projectiles,” commented Crofts.

Crofts will compete this coming weekend at the North Carolina State Long Range Championship at Camp Butner.
