START (Safety, Training, And Responsibility Tools) is an initiative by Regal Products to provide first-time gun owners with a complete package of foundational elements needed to use guns safely and responsibly. By providing everything initially needed, a START Kit eliminates the challenge of inexperienced new gun owners trying to research firearm accessories themselves.
