Five Star and Urban Waters Restoration Program Requests Proposals for 2025

The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and the Wildlife Habitat Council are requesting proposals for the 2025 Five Star and Urban Waters Restoration program which will award approximately $2.5 million in grants across the country.

The project aims to develop community capacity to sustain local natural resources for future generations by providing financial assistance to local partnerships focused on improving water quality, watersheds and other habitats.

Eligible applicants for the project include non-profit 501(c) organizations, state government agencies, local governments, municipal governments, Tribal governments and organizations and educational institutions.

Applications are due Jan. 30, 2025, and information about applying can be found online.
