Because they worked when used in multiple units, as they mimic the random, quick "flashes" or "strobe" given off by a flock of contented ducks sitting on the water or dry ground, telling other ducks: It's OK to land here. If you observe a flock of contented ducks, you will see these random "flashes" that rotate or flicker throughout.

MOJO® has improved on this ground-breaking concept with the re-designed Flock A Flicker™ 2 (4-Pack), which includes an upgraded housing with all other components the same as the original, which emits the same flash. With any spinning wing product, faster is better, and these blades (or wings) turn super fast. Packaged in a set of 4, add multiple sets to your spread for an ultra realistic look.
