Effective November 4, 2024, Beretta USA has paused production of the Beretta 1301 Tactical shotgun with 7+1 capacity due to recent developments with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). An unexpected decision by ATF is affecting the importation of certain components essential to the assembly of the 1301 Tactical 7+1 in the U.S.

Beretta USA is in active discussions with the ATF to fully understand the scope of these regulatory interpretations. The company is committed to collaborating with regulatory authorities to resolve this matter and continue serving its valued customers.

This pause does not impact existing inventory available at dealers nationwide. Customers interested in owning the 1301 Tactical 7+1 are encouraged to purchase it while supplies last.

In the meantime, to continue meeting consumer and partner needs, Beretta USA is introducing the Beretta 1301 Tactical C, a 5+1 configuration of the trusted 1301 Tactical. This model maintains the trusted reliability and performance the 1301 Tactical is known for, offering a solution for American gun owners, sports shooters, and self-defense advocates.
