MDT is excited to launch the LSS GEN3 Chassis System. The LSS GEN3 is a completely modular Chassis System that allows customization from the handguard to the buttstock. The MDT LSS Gen 3 consists of a core chassis or center base that mates to the action but allows the end user to quickly customize their handguard and butt stock to match their mission, whether it is competition, hunting, tactical applications, or general shooting. What is unique about the LSS Gen3 is that the handguard and buttstock can be swapped without affecting the rifle zero.

Key Points about the LSS Gen3 Chassis System:

• The center body base will have different buttstock adaptor options for XTN, Carbine, Pistol Brace, and Fixed buttocks.
• Handguards and buttstocks can be "hot swapped" without affecting zero.
• Designed to accept AR-style grips.
• The LSS Gen3 comes with our Ambi Mag Latch but is also compatible with the MDT Adjustable Mag Latch.
• Initially available for Remington 700 Short Action, Savage Short Action, and Tikka Short Action Rifle. Available in Black and FDE.

End-users will purchase the center body base and select the stock interface. Customers can then purchase the handguard to best suit their application. Handguard options include our Competition Forend, Hunting Forend, and Tactical Forend.
