The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council’s Law Enforcement Technical Committee meeting, scheduled to be held in conjunction with the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission Meeting on October 16, 2024, is cancelled. With the approach of Hurricane Milton, which is expected to make landfall on the Florida Peninsula mid-week, law enforcement personnel will need to direct its efforts towards storm response.

A virtual meeting will be scheduled in the future. Information about that meeting will be shared via press release and will be posted on our Technical Committee Meeting webpage when it becomes available.
