Dubbed “The Big Little Cartridge That Packs a Punch,” the .338 ARC excels with subsonic performance, delivering 1.5 times more energy than the 300 Blackout Subsonic while maintaining reliable cycling for both supersonic and subsonic loads. The cartridge is offered in two configurations by Hornady: the 307 gr. SUB-X® in the Subsonic line and the 175 gr. HP in the Hornady BLACK® line. This revolutionary .338 cartridge is designed to fit in AR-15s and micro bolt-action rifles, combining power with compact versatility.
