DENVER – Outdoor Sportsman Group is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Cassidy to the role of Group Publisher for Hunting and Fishing publications, effective immediately. In his new role, Cassidy will spearhead operations and strategic efforts across Outdoor Sportsman Group’s (OSG) flagship hunting and fishing titles, including Game & Fish, Petersen’s Hunting, In-Fisherman, North American Whitetail, Fly Fisherman, Gun Dog, Bowhunter, Florida Sportsman, and Wildfowl brands.
Michael Cassidy brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to his new role. With a rich background that includes significant contributions at Scout Media, ESPN Outdoors, and F&W Media, Cassidy has consistently demonstrated his ability to elevate media brands to new heights. His expertise in the sector coupled with his passion for both hunting and fishing make him the ideal leader to guide OSG’s premier hunting and fishing publications. Cassidy will continue to report to Derek Sevcik, who was recently promoted to Executive Vice President, Operations for OSG.

Residing in Windermere, Florida with his wife, Shery, and their nine children, Cassidy embodies the spirit and dedication of the true outdoor sports enthusiast.
