Whitetails Unlimited Inc. is seeking a part-time Field Director in different territories to execute program services. The new expansion areas are: Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia/West Virginia. As a Field Director the candidate will organize volunteers and conduct membership events. Additionally, the Field Director will act as a liaison between all regional activities and National Headquarters. This part-time position could develop into a full-time salaried position.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and experience with event planning and public speaking. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, basic accounting, record keeping, and inventory skills. Related training and job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Actual exposure to volunteer programs, event planning, and fundraising is desired. Leadership, relationship building, and the ability to work independently are important. Exposure to or participation in the shooting sports, hunting, and knowledge of the white-tailed deer is crucial.
