As an expert with over 13 years of experience and a distinguished CITES focal point for South Africa, Mpho has been instrumental in shaping policies that balance ethical hunting with biodiversity conservation.

Mpho’s extensive work in CITES compliance, trophy import/export regulations, and environmental legislation has positioned him as a critical voice in global conservation efforts. His role in coordinating national and international hunting regulations has strengthened sustainable hunting frameworks, ensuring responsible wildlife management across Africa and beyond.
