Kinsey’s Outdoors is excited to announce their 25th Anniversary Kid’s Day, which will be taking place on May 11, 2024, from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Community members are invited to enjoy activities and vendor stations designed to encourage youth involvement in the outdoors. Stations include various activities such as trout fishing, archery shooting, air gun shooting, clay bird shooting, temporary tattoos, TechnoHUNT and more.

Kinsey’s Outdoors ownership and staff are excited for the upcoming event.

“We are very excited for this year’s Kid’s Day, especially with it being the 25th anniversary,” said Kelsey Heisey, COO at Kinsey’s. “Vernon was very passionate about teaching new people archery. We are all about passing on that passion to the upcoming generations of youth, and exposing them to a love of the outdoors, as well as being able to give back to the community with a day of learning, fun and family.”

Kids will also be able to enjoy FREE hotdogs from Harvey's BBQ (additional food is available for purchase). Other vendors will include Dutch Country Pretzels and TJ's Ice Cream. In addition, there will be giveaways with several chances to win, including three different Youth Hunts.
