DURHAM, N.H. -- The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department will hold two public hearings on proposed marine aquaculture applications in December. The public is welcome to attend and offer comments on the proposed plans.
On Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the N.H. Fish and Game Department's Region 3 Office, 225 Main St., Durham, N.H., Joshua and Jessica Carloni of Rising Tide Oyster Company will be heard on two applications to culture oysters and hard clam in bottom culture operation. Written comments on the proposed license applications may be submitted at the hearing or up to December 17, 2014.
On Thursday, December 11, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the N.H. Fish and Game Department's Region 3 Office, 225 Main St., Durham, N.H., aquaculture applications will be heard from Todd Diggins and Jason Stensney of Goat Island Oysters LLC, and Brian Gennaco, owner Virgin Oysters LLC. Written comments on the proposed license applications may be submitted at the hearing or up to December 25, 2014.
