CONCORD, N.H. – Come learn about wildlife food plots and how they draw in a number of species and provide wildlife viewing opportunities that otherwise would be left to chance. Roscoe Blaisdell will be offering a talk on this topic at NH Fish and Game Headquarters, 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at 7 p.m. Admission is free and registration is not required.
Plantings such as blueberries, hazelnuts, clover and turnips around your property can help to increase the number of foraging animals. Wildlife food plots also create a supplemental food source for wildlife.
Roscoe Blaisdell is president of the NH Antler & Skull Trophy Club, a director of the NH Quality Deer Management Association, and a world-wide adventure hunter, living in Raymond, NH. He maintains over thirty of his own food plots in New Hampshire and Vermont.
