The design of our ratcheting Supreme Appendix belt allows you to get your most comfortable fit, adjusting the tightness or looseness of your belt by ¼” increments. This key feature limits the jabbing common of most appendix carry belts while still maintaining the total security of your self-defense equipment. With the addition of a new push-button trigger, the release is quick and easy when you need it, but still holds firm when you’re on the go.
