Hunters, conservationists, outdoor enthusiasts, and families are invited to mark their calendars as the Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) officially announces that banquet tickets, expo hall day passes, and the official hotel room block are now open for the 2027 HSCF Worldwide Hunting Expo & Convention, taking place January 15–17, 2027, at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. The 2027 HSCF convention theme is Hunt. Protect. Preserve.
Recognized as one of the nation's premier hunting and conservation events, the annual convention brings together thousands of attendees from across the United States and around the world for three days of outdoor adventure, education, networking, and fundraising in support of wildlife conservation and the future of hunting.

Attendees are encouraged to purchase tickets early to take advantage of Early Bird pricing, available through December 1, 2026. Banquet seating is expected to sell quickly, and each banquet ticket includes a complimentary weekend Expo Hall pass. Expo Hall day passes and weekend passes are also available for those who wish to explore the exhibit floor and enjoy the convention experience.
The official HSCF hotel room block at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center is now accepting reservations. Guests are encouraged to book early, as the discounted room block is expected to fill quickly. HSCF reminds attendees to reserve rooms only through the official HSCF booking portal. HSCF does not authorize third-party hotel booking companies, and reservations made outside the official booking link will not receive the negotiated convention rate or be included in the HSCF room block.
