
Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF), a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving public acceptance of gun ownership and the conservation activities of hunting, fishing, trapping and target shooting, is pleased to announce its attendance at the 116th Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies (AFWA) Annual Meeting in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, September 14-18, 2026.
Hosted by AFWA, this annual forum brings together more than 700 leaders from state and federal fish and wildlife agencies, the outdoor industry and conservation organizations. This premier event offers a collaborative space for conservation leadership to discuss and shape the future of land, fish, and wildlife conservation.
OSCF Executive Director Jim Curcuruto calls the meeting "the place to be for anyone interested in the future of fish and wildlife conservation" and will be actively participating in conference events including:

Curcuruto will meet with key decision makers discussing current OSCF research projects including How to Increase Volunteers to Support Fishing Recruitment and Hunters Interest in Recruitment while also presenting on proven ways to increase participation in hunting, fishing, trapping and target shooting.
