Increased demand and supply chain shortages in the firearms market have made it a challenge for many Manufacturers, Distributors, and Dealers to get the parts they need. Phoenix Weaponry answers the call with increased production of all of the small parts that are needed to assemble an AR.
Owner of Phoenix Weaponry Aaron Cayce said “With current market conditions and supply for U.S.A. made small parts being increasingly difficult to find we knew we had to start manufacturing these ourselves. Gas Rings for bolts:
Made from Rockwell C40 Shim Stock and precision cut using a wire EDM machine eliminates burs and sharp edges commonly found in stamped gas rings. Sold in sets of 3-rings that will complete one bolt.

Designed and machined as a single piece from billet eliminates a common weak point in other press-fit magazine releases. Customers can get either a 1018 Steel version or 300 Series Stainless Steel.

Pivot & Takedown Detents:
Phoenix Weaponry chose hardened steel for these pins because this material has shown the best ability to resist wear over time. Sold in pairs and made to fit most AR's and pivot pins on the market.

Fully machined in-house at Phoenix Weaponry from U.S.A. billet 1018 steel. A black oxide coating is then applied for corrosion resistance.
