Federal Ammunition, Traditions Performance Firearms Staff Featured on The Connecting with Conservation Podcast

The Connecting with Conservation Podcast hosts, Jim Curcuruto of Outdoor Stewards of Conservation Foundation (OSCF), and Jon Gassett of Wildlife Management Institute (WMI) are proud to welcome Alison Hall, marketing manager at Traditions Performance Firearms and Jon Zinnel, director of community relations at Federal Ammunition on recent episodes of The Connecting with Conservation Podcast (CWC Podcast).

“Both Federal Ammunition and Traditions Firearms are important players in supporting wildlife conservation in America,” said Gassett. “Coincidentally, the companies have recently worked together on new products like the NitroBolt and Firestick that have moved muzzleloading into the future. Be sure to tune in and hear their stories.”

Season 2, Episode 16: Learn about the new and exciting advancements in the muzzleloader category with Alison Hall of Traditions Performance Firearms. Hall discusses the history of the company, the benefits of muzzleloading and Traditions’ modern line of cartridge rifles.

"I was honored to get the opportunity to talk conservation and Traditions on the CWC Podcast," said Hall. "This podcast is an excellent resource for listeners to learn about how companies in our industry help to support conservation and wildlife, which is something Traditions is committed to. It's fantastic to listen to the episodes and to hear how other companies in our space are dedicated as well."

Season 2, Episode 17: Tune in for a conversation with Jon Zinnel that covers everything from Federal Ammunition being a primary contributor of funds to the Wildlife Restoration Act, to promoting the positive contributions of hunters and target shooters and hunting turkeys with the next generation.

“It is always fun talking about wildlife conservation, but it is important for folks to learn how wildlife is managed and how conservation is funded,” stated Zinnel. “The Connecting with Conservation Podcast fills a necessary void and provides a great resource for folks to learn something new about conservation in each episode.”

The Connecting with Conservation Podcast was created to allow a broad mix of guests from wildlife agencies, industry manufacturers and non-government organizations to share stories about how their organizations support outdoor recreation and conservation. The conversational format, informative guests and compact episodes make it a great addition to any podcast rotation.

New episodes of The Connecting with Conservation Podcast are posted weekly. Tune in on YouTube and PodBean.
