As the company continues to expand, it is looking for a team member who will assist customers, process orders, and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

The position involves handling inbound calls and emails, guiding customers through the company’s extensive product lineup, and ensuring seamless order processing. In addition, the role includes proactive outreach to past and potential customers, strengthening connections within the shooting community. Travel may be required for company-sponsored events and shooting competitions.

The ideal candidate will have prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. While a background in firearms or hunting is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and be legally allowed to handle firearms. Defiance Machine offers competitive compensation between $21 and $24 per hour, along with benefits including industry leading health insurance benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and employee discounts.
