Can-Am updates Defender Lone Star Edition Package for MY 2019

The 2019 Can-Am Defender MAX Lone Star HD10 side-by-side vehicle delivers a tough, capable and clever composition with enhancements designed to complement the swagger and grit of the modern Texas rancher and outdoorsmen. The package received key updates for 2019, including an additional Lone Star dash badge, rock sliders and 14-in. (35.6 cm) premium wheels, both with a hyper silver finish. The painted deep black metallic finish helps this machine stand out from the crowd.

Whether it’s exploring the rugged backcountry or tackling chores on the farm, the Defender Lone Star edition, with its one-of-a-kind identity, is the perfect tool for the job.

A durable, powder-coated black steel front heavy-duty bumper enhances the Lone Star HD10 Edition’s front fascia, while also supplying added protection for ranch work.

Heavy-duty, aluminum rock sliders protect the vehicle’s sides and undercarriage from harsh hits due to large obstacles and trail debris. They’re finished in Hyper Silver for a distinctive appearance.

To get more work done on the ranch, the Defender MAX Lone Star Edition now features a 2,500lb tow rating. The unit boasts 1,000 lbs hauling capacity in the cargo box for heavy duty work. The pick-up inspired seating can seat 5 passengers and a driver with the Dual Lone Star Versa-Pro Bench Seats. The powerful Rotax HD10 engine delivers 72 horsepower; perfect for work or trail riding.

For smoother riding off-road, the Lone Star Edition has 13-in of ground clearance, full skip plates (center and sides), and double A-arm suspension with 10-in of travel. The 4-mode traction system with turf mode means the machines can go up steep rocky slopes, muddy roads, or tight turns in the yard.

The Can-Am Defender MAX Lone Star Edition comes with a full hard roof, 4,500 lbs winch and plenty of in-cab storage.
