Buck Knives Adds to Legacy Line

POST FALLS, ID— Buck Knives, Inc., a widely-recognized global leader in the hunting, outdoor, and everyday carry (EDC) knife markets, announces the addition of numerous new knives in 2024 to the popular Legacy series.

Leading the Legacy knife line this year is the return of the iconic BuckMaster. This year's model 084 BuckMaster 2.0 has a 6.75-inches long spear-point blade crafted from 420HC steel that is cerakoted black. This color matches the knife's black machined G10 handle. The BuckMaster 2.0 arrives with a black Kydex omni-directional friction-fit sheath that has a nylon backer and the package also includes an ambidextrous, reversable and removable armor black cerakoted stainless steel emergency anchor wing (EAW). The new 084 BuckMaster 2.0 weighs 17. 5 ounces and can be considered a great tactical, survival or diver's knife. This knife is made in the USA and covered under the company's industry leading Forever Warranty. There have been five standard versions of the 184 BuckMaster knife released during the past 40 years and all models have become highly sought collectable knives.

The Buck Knives' Legacy series will also include the 402 Akonua fixed-blade skinner knife. The Akonua's slender and upward arching 4.75-inches long stainless-steel blade is made of S35VN steel and will help hunters tackle the precision skinning and caping chores they face when successful. The 402 Akonua's handle is crafted from black burlap micarta and has an eye-catching inner red spacer. This USA made knife arrives with a USA made black leather sheath with rivets.

The Buck Knives' Legacy series will also feature the 838 Deploy, an EDC push-button-opening knife with a gray cerakoted 3.25-inches long blade made with S45VN steel. This knife has a marbled carbon fiber handle with copper accents and utilizes a reversable and removeable pocket clip. Removing the clip makes deep pocket carry easier and the knife also has a button lock safety switch. The 838 Deploy weighs 4.15ounces and is made in the USA.

The popular 112 Ranger folder is in the Legacy series with a scalloped handle version. This knife's 3-inches long drop-point blade is crafted with S45VN satin steel and is paired with a nickle silver barehead bolster handle against scalloped Richlite. This Legacy series 112 Ranger arrives with a black leather sheath.

Continuing the Legacy line of knives is the 112 Slim PRO TRX Titanium folding knife with a bead-blasted titanium handle accented with bronze PVD fasteners. The Legacy 112 Slim PRO TRX Titanium has a 3-inch long blade made from S45VN steel. The knife also utilizes a tip-up and reversible pocket clip that's black DLC coated.

Rounding out the 2024 Buck Knive's Legacy line is the 500 Duke Carbon Fiber folding knife with a 3-inches long modified clip-point blade made with S30V satin-finished steel. The knife utilizes a barehead nickle silver bolster against marbled carbon fiber inlays on the handle. The 500 Duke Carbon Fiber is designed for pocket carry and has a stainless steel clip.
