Los Cazadores is proud to announce the addition of Randy Longnecker as our new Regional Manager and Co-Manager of the Stonewall location. With over 25 years of experience in the outdoor retail industry, Randy brings a deep passion for the outdoors and a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence.
Randy’s career began in Wichita, Kansas, at Rusty’s Outdoor Sports, where he served as General Manager and Buyer. He went on to spend more than two decades with Cabela’s and Bass Pro Shops, holding several high-level positions including General Manager in Boise and Post Falls, Idaho, District Manager for the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, and Divisional Operations Manager for the West. Before his time in retail leadership, Randy also served as a Purchasing Specialist for Big Game and Camo Apparel at the Cabela’s corporate headquarters in Sidney, Nebraska.
Throughout his career, Randy has developed strong expertise in merchandising, new store openings, store remodels, assortment planning, and customer service. His experience and insight will be instrumental in supporting the continued growth of Los Cazadores across our locations.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys everything the outdoors has to offer—hunting, fishing, and sports are among his favorite pastimes. He and his wife, Sue (who he proudly calls “the better half”), are dog lovers with four furry companions at home.
