Sicble will direct operations and human resources for The Duck Hunters Organization.
BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA — Delta Waterfowl has promoted Becky Sicble to vice president of operations. Sicble most recently held the position of human resources manager for The Duck Hunters Organization.
“When Becky joined the Delta team last year, her tremendous leadership qualities were immediately evident,” said Dr. Scott Petrie, CEO of Delta Waterfowl. “The knowledge, passion, work ethic and personality she showed from day one quickly proved she was the person we’d been looking for to allow us to laser focus longtime chief operating officer Jason Tharpe on our three revenue generating departments: development, events and membership. Becky’s strong abilities allowed us to put wheels in motion that we’ve intended for a long time.”
A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Sicble’s professional experience includes more than 20 years in human resources and operations. She holds a master’s degree in business management from the University of Mary, and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP professionally certified.
Sicble has long been a supporter of The Duck Hunters Organization, annually attending Delta chapter event banquets. She lives near New Salem, North Dakota, with her husband, Dusty, and two children, where they maintain a small hobby farm and spend every available opportunity enjoying the outdoors.
“Becky has been a perfect fit for the organization, and she is a big reason why Delta promises to emerge even stronger following the Covid-19 pandemic,” Petrie said. “Our board of directors and executive staff are truly excited about what lies ahead for The Duck Hunters Organization.”
