Louisville, KY – King Kat anglers will have to wait until next year to fish the productive waters of Mississippi River at Helena-West Helena, AR as the coronavirus continues to raise its ugly head.
The King Kat Tournament Trail event presented by Bass Pro Shops/Cabela’s continues to adapt the 2020 schedule to the benefit of the anglers with an emphasis on safety. Additionally, All Catfish Kids Rodeos are Suspended for 2020
The normal King Kat Fishing Rodeos will not be held for the remaining 2020 event schedule due to coronavirus concerns.
The Classic Championship
This year’s Cabela’s King Kat Classic Championship is still on tap for October 30 – 31, 2020 on Milford Lake in Milford, KS. The Classic features a guaranteed payout of $120,000 in cash and prizes. The points race is set to payout $30,000 to the top 20 places based on competitor’s the top-five finishes.
