EasyExport Wins Award for Export Growth

EasyExport has been named a winner of the 2024 Export Awards by the Connecticut District Export Council, in partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service. The award recognizes the success of EasyExport and its clients in increasing exports of firearms, parts, and accessories to 25 international markets by more than 100% in 2023. EasyExport markets that enjoyed 100%+ growth include Canada (158%), Australia (191%), New Zealand (177%), South Africa (187%), Brazil (137%) and 18 countries in Europe.

EasyExport operates the only marketplace where firearm owners, dealers, and other lawful buyers outside the U.S. buy products directly from American suppliers. International buyers access the marketplace by creating free accounts with EasyExport. Shoppers visit EasyExport’s shopping page to find products quickly and purchase them online. Dealers use tools in their accounts to create trade relationships with EasyExport suppliers. EasyExport ensures that U.S. export and destination-country import requirements are satisfied for every shipment. Sellers use leading small parcel carriers to ship reliably and affordably to 50 countries. Expensive commercial airfreight is used only when required for complete firearms and for the largest commercial orders.

Lawful international buyers have flocked to the EasyExport marketplace. More than 8,000 firearm owners and 300 dealers and other commercial buyers have created free EasyExport accounts. EasyExport sellers’ top-selling products include specialty firearms, stocks and chassis, triggers, muzzle devices, sights, rails, extractors, magazine releases, charging rings, charging handles, springs, and screws. Since 2020, EasyExport’s sellers have shipped 9,000+ orders to international customers.

American companies sign up with EasyExport to grow international revenues. EasyExport’s no-risk fee structure makes safe international sales growth accessible to every company, large or small. After a nominal start-up investment of less than $500 for most companies, there are no other charges until a sale occurs. EasyExport charges sellers a flat amount of $15 or $20 for orders under $200. The charge for orders above $200 starts at 10% and declines as order size increases, to 2.5% for the largest commercial orders. Twenty-seven companies are signed up with EasyExport today.

“We’re honored to be recognized for the phenomenal success of the EasyExport business model,” said Jeff Grody, EasyExport CEO. “American companies sign up with us and their international sales increase. The demand from international buyers is there. After EasyExport removes the regulatory and shipping friction, business happens. That’s why our sellers’ international sales grew so much last year, and this year, too. Our top priorities as a company are to meet international buyers’ demand by extending the reach of our current clients and bringing new clients on board.”

EasyExport actively markets its clients and their products at no additional charge. Marketing activities include connecting EasyExport-registered dealers with EasyExport sellers, exhibiting and promoting EasyExport sellers at the IWA tradeshow in Germany, and other activities that draw new international buyers to the EasyExport marketplace.
