The series now includes 10 rods – four casting and six spinning, all in the right actions and power to target speckled trout, redfish, flounder and other coastal Gulf species.
With hybrid carbon blanks and featuring an aluminum oxide semi-micro guide train, the split grip seven-foot GLX-S70MH and seven-foot-six rods have comfortable cork mid grips, high-density EVA front and rear grips, along with Shimano custom reel seats. The new medium -heavy power rods will match up well with any Shimano C3000 or 4000 spinning, reels, including the NASCI C3000HG or 4000XG, or stepping up to the ICAST ‘New Product Showcase’ award-winning Stradic FL spinning reels. Be ready to go with either a Shimano NASCI 2500, C3000HG or 4000XG spinning reels depending on the rod being used.
