TWN Industries, Inc. is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive sales of our Water Transfer Printing process, consumable materials, and equipment. This role will focus on expanding markets, managing key house accounts, and engaging with manufacturers across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and leadership, with the ability to manage key relationships and develop new business opportunities. This is an executive role with a base pay package and a very lucrative commission program.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Water Transfer Printing products such as hydrographic film, related paints, equipment, and services.
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, including manufacturers and buyers.
• Provide on-site technical troubleshooting and support for manufacturers.
• Attend industry trade shows to promote TWN products and build networks.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and prepare detailed pipeline reports.
• Travel to meet with key customers and attend annual trade shows.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive sales experience, with a proven record as a high performer.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Regular maintenance of client interactions and updates through CRM software is required.
• This position requires travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the coatings, firearms, archery, outdoor sports, consumer products, or automotive industries is highly desirable.

Work Environment

This position is primarily based in-house at our Miami, FL corporate office. Remote/hybrid work will be considered for highly qualified candidates residing outside of South Florida.
