The Golden Bullseye award winners are carefully selected by a committee of NRA editors and veteran publications staff. This recognition highlights the dedication and commitment of SLG2, Inc’s leader to create a stronger camaraderie among women in the shooting sports community. This inclusive mindset has proven to be instrumental in overcoming opposition and fostering a supportive environment for all.

Under her leadership, the company's team of instructors has traveled across the country to Bass Pro Shops and Cabela's locations to share partner products and provide an interactive learning experience. This past year marked the 15th anniversary of their impactful tour. In 2023, Karen expanded the SLG2, Inc mission by launching Safe LivinG, an initiative that empowers men, women, and families to enhance their personal security with an emphasis on firearm safety.
