Cortland, NY…..Redding Reloading Equipment continues to expand its reloading die product line with another newly adopted SAAMI cartridge. For 2019 Redding has added the 300 PRC to its custom series dies. These will be first offered as Standard Dies, with a Full (FL), Neck (NK) and Seat (ST) available as individual dies. They will also be offered as Standard two die sets and Deluxe three die sets with a neck die as well.

The 300 PRC is designed as a long range accuracy cartridge for both target work like PRS and also Big Game hunting. It’s parent is the 375 Ruger Compact Magnum allowing it a sizable powder capacity but still retaining a standard Magnum bolt face. It has extensive capabilities and is simple to load as it has no belt. Performance is comparable to a 300 Win Mag but in a shorter and non belted case which allows the bullet to be seated out farther increasing the cartridges potential for performance.

For those handloaders looking for even more performance, an accessory carbide expander is offered as is an accessory micrometer seat plug in both a standard and VLD form. The addition of these items will give same performance as the Redding Premium die sets available, for a number of cartridges.
