Century Arms Removes MAP from Imported AK Lines

Effective immediately, Century Arms is announcing the removal of all MAP on their portfolio of imported AKs. This decision was made with every level of buyer in mind. In a market that has seen dramatic ups and downs it has become increasingly more difficult for the local dealer to order, stock, and sell at volumes that support both the business and the customer. It is the belief of the Century Arms team that we are all in this business together and with that in mind the decision has been made that it is best to allow the products to be priced in the current market to sell through. This removal of MAP will apply to all SKUs of imported AK with the exception of the AES10-B2 and the PSL rifle which are unique from the standard AK design. The AP5 line of roller-delayed 9mm firearms will also still have MAP. “It is time for us as a company to do everything we can to support the dealers who have been amazing partners with us for so long” said Century Arms VP of Sales Scott Therrien. With this change in program effective immediately, it is the desire of Century Arms to equip all Americans who are in the market for a reliable, proven, available, and affordable rifle.
