The Kinetic Group, a global leader in small-caliber ammunition and part of the Ammo+ division of Czechoslovak Group (CSG), is actively recruiting a talented Marketing Manager to drive the strategic growth and brand excellence of its legendary Remington brand, with additional support for Fiocchi and Baschieri & Pellagri (B&P).
Based at the company’s Lonoke, Arkansas office, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in executing the brand’s strategic marketing plan, analyzing market data, and bringing new products, accessories, and licensed goods to market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a two-person internal creative team (Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist) with a focus on professional development and continuous improvement
- Developing and executing creative assets for advertising, packaging, in-store signage, events, and digital channels
- Serving as the primary liaison for Remington brand ambassadors and industry media contacts
- Collaborating on new product launches, cross-brand projects, and co-marketing initiatives with firearms and outdoor industry partners
- Managing social media content strategy, e-newsletter/SMS growth, trademark protection, competitive intelligence, and budget tracking
Ideal candidates will bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of marketing/communications experience, with at least 1–2 years in a management role
- Proven expertise in consumer products marketing, ideally within sporting goods or leisure categories
- Strong project management, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with tools such as Sprout Social, Trello, and Dropbox
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
