(Accokeek, MD) Team Beretta shooters recently achieved 10 podium finishes in 5 different events during the 2020 South Central Regionals in Houston, TX.
Team Beretta members in attendance at this competition included Meagan Harrington, Desirae Edmunds, Joseph Fanizzi, Dominic Gross, and Zachary Kienbaum.
Harrington, a junior team member, won her second Championship Tour event title of the year with a ladies champion podium in the main event with a score of 173 out of 200 targets, besting her nearest competitor by just 1 target. Harrington also secured an additional ladies champion and a third-place podium finish in the 5-Stand and Super Sporting events with scores of 92/100 and 88/100, respectively.
Edmunds, who shoots with a Beretta DT11 L, obtained two ladies third-place podium finishes in the main and preliminary events with scores of 172/200 and 91/100, respectively. She also secured a ladies runner-up podium finish in the FITASC event with a score of 164/200.
Fanizzi, a junior team member shooting with an A400 Xcel Sporting Black Edition, achieved a junior champion and a junior third-place podium honor in the FITASC and main events with scores of 176/200 and 178/200, respectively.
Gross, a junior team member, obtained a runner-up podium finish in the FITASC event with a score of 175 out of 200 as well as a junior third place finish in the Super Sporting event with a score of 91/100 targets.
Kienbaum competed against some tough competitors and scored within the top ten in each event for which he was entered.
Team Beretta shooters will continue their season at the upcoming 2020 Western Regionals in Las Vegas, NV from September 30 to October 4, 2020.
