Columbia, MO – CZ-USA is stepping up to help the MidwayUSA Foundation change the future of youth shooting sports. The organization is now one of the Foundation’s Elite Sponsors. When industry leaders like CZ-USA support youth shooting sports, it allows more of the nation’s youth to participate in something they truly enjoy, all while developing confidence, and learning discipline and leadership skills, that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.
MidwayUSA Foundation’s Relationship Manager, John Linquist, said, “CZ-USA continues to produce quality firearms and design products for youth as well as adults. Their products are perfect for our Product Grant Program, with the products being loved and well-known by many. Youth shooting teams that fundraise with CZ-USA products are very successful, like the Harmony Grove Hornets shooting team, who raised $1,600 using a 1012 shotgun. We are proud to have CZ-USA as a partner and sponsor, and we know that our teams also appreciate them very much!”
Thousands of youth shooting teams in the United States have MidwayUSA Foundation endowments that are earmarked specifically for their team to grow through donations and fundraisers. To assist in fundraising, participating teams are offered quality products through the MidwayUSA Foundation’s Product Grant Program. Products, like CZ-USA’s all-new 1012 semi-auto shotgun, are provided at no cost to allow teams to conduct a local community fundraiser. Proceeds generated are split, allowing teams to keep a portion of the funds locally for immediate needs and contribute the remaining dollars to their MidwayUSA Foundation endowment for long-term funding. Additionally, the contributions to the team’s endowment will be matched through MidwayUSA Foundation’s current Matching Program.
