Tecomate Wildlife Systems Welcomes Farmer

SAN ANTONIO, TX – Tecomate Wildlife Systems welcomes Ryan Farmer to the team. Growing up, not an ant pile was safe from Ryan. His passion for wildlife was sparked stirring them up while learning to walk with his grandfather on their family farm. A native Texan, Ryan's zeal for wildlife and being outdoors continue to lead him to unique opportunities and destinations around the globe.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Natural Resource Management from Sul Ross State University and credits hundreds of field hours to unique employment, education and volunteer experiences throughout the country. Participation in natural resource management activities ranging from avian point count surveys to GIS database and mapping technologies, inventory and management of a target species or holistic property management, Ryan is capable of any task at hand and carries an arsenal of resources with him. He is a multi-faceted individual who enjoys time spent both in the field and office.

Ryan joins the Tecomate team as the wildlife biologist in the home office in San Antonio. He also handles all incoming seed calls and inquiries. Outside of the office, Ryan has a small portfolio of ranch properties that he is a wildlife consultant for and is a key member of the management team at La Perla Ranch in Zapata county Texas. Friends and clients solicit and employ Ryan to assist with natural resource management assessment, planning and decision making on their properties.

Tecomate was forced into a new business aspect by the big bucks they were growing. This time that business was wildlife consulting. After a search far and wide for just the right biologist, which consists of a nationwide network of Tecomate Pro Staff Biologists. Tecomate's biologists work with landowners and managers across the country on every aspect of land and wildlife management, centered around the Tecomate Food Plot System.
