The return of the Duplex® reticle to the logo pays tribute to this innovative reticle design, which Leupold® developed and introduced more than 50 years ago. The forward slant to the Leupold "L" symbolizes the innovation and commitment to continuous improvement that drives every Leupold & Stevens employee. The gold color honors the trademark Gold Ring, and the promise of performance, ruggedness and support that is inherent in this iconic ring.
At a time when there is pressure on manufacturers to downplay or even distance themselves from products designed for hunting, Leupold stands proud as a company built on the responsible taking of game animals around the globe.
