Kids & Clays Foundation Announces The 1791 Foundation as National Title Sponsor

The Kids & Clays Foundation today announced The 1791 Foundation as a national title sponsor bringing together two organizations that share a commitment to the shooting sports and their ability to make a meaningful difference in communities across America.

Founded in 1999 by Glenn and Kathy Lubeznik, Kids & Clays began with a single sporting clays fundraiser benefiting a Ronald McDonald House in Chicago. Today, it has grown into the nation's largest charitable sporting clays circuit, supporting participating Ronald McDonald Houses through shooting sports events across the country.

In 2026, Kids & Clays has hosted 47 events across 23 states and is on track to raise more than $5.5 million for participating Ronald McDonald Houses. This year also marks a major milestone for the organization, with cumulative fundraising surpassing $50 million since its founding.

"The 1791 Foundation understands the important role the shooting sports play in bringing people together and supporting communities," said Zac Lemmon, executive director of the Kids & Clays Foundation. "Their commitment as a national title sponsor is a tremendous endorsement of our mission and the work we're doing alongside Ronald McDonald Houses across the country. We're proud to welcome them as a partner as we build on more than 25 years of helping families when they need it most."

The 1791 Foundation supports programs that advance firearm safety and education, youth participation in the shooting sports, and conservation. Its sponsorship of Kids & Clays reflects a shared belief in the positive impact of the shooting sports and the importance of supporting organizations that deliver meaningful results.

"Kids & Clays is a wonderful example of what makes the shooting sports community so special," said Tom King, president of The 1791 Foundation's Board of Directors. "They've built an extraordinary program that turns a shared passion for shooting sports into real support for families facing some of life's most difficult circumstances. Just as important, they've demonstrated a remarkable commitment to making every contribution count. Their model allows participating Ronald McDonald Houses to retain 100% of their net event proceeds, ensuring that the generosity of sponsors and participants translates directly into support for families. That's the kind of thoughtful stewardship and lasting impact we're proud to stand behind."

Through its national network of events, Kids & Clays also introduces new participants to the shooting sports while demonstrating the generosity and community involvement of the sporting industry.

"The support of The 1791 Foundation comes at an especially meaningful time as we celebrate surpassing $50 million raised for Ronald McDonald Houses," Lemmon added. "What began as one event has become a nationwide effort, and partnerships like this help us continue growing that impact."
