Hugo, MN – JP Enterprises is pleased to announce that two of its top shooters have re-signed to the JP Shooting Team. Minnesota natives Josh Froelich and Dakota Overland will continue to shoot JP rifles for the next two years at 3-Gun and action rifle matches across the United States and the world.

Former high school athlete and mixed martial artist, Josh Froelich is a relative newcomer to competitive shooting. From shooting his first match in 2014, he has risen rapidly to become one of the dominant 3-Gun and PCC (pistol caliber carbine) shooters in the United States. Among his many successes last year, Josh took home his second 3-Gun Nation Nationals win in Unlimited division and claimed the IPSC Shotgun World Champion title in France.

Also new to the shooting sports, Dakota Overland began shooting competitively in 2015. Now age 15, she’s become one of the most competitive and energetic shooters on the national 3-Gun circuit. With many High Junior and High Lady honors to her name, she regularly outperforms older and more seasoned shooters at any match she attends. In 2018, Overland shot twenty major matches, including the IPSC Shotgun World Shoot where she took 3rd Lady.

2019 will be a major year for Froelich and Overland as both prepare for the IPSC Rifle World Championship this summer in Sweden. Both are looking forward to some friendly competition with reigning world rifle champion and fellow Team JP member, Teemu Rintala of Finland. Multiple other Team JP shooters will also be in attendance.
